Samuel Rose is an employment litigator dedicated to representing employees in complex workplace disputes across California. He approaches every matter with a trial-focused mindset, developing cases strategically from the outset and preparing them to withstand rigorous litigation.
Samuel began his legal career in the District Attorney’s Office, where he gained significant courtroom experience and refined his trial skills. There, he evaluated evidence, examined witnesses, and presented arguments in high-stakes proceedings. This experience continues to inform his disciplined and strategic approach to civil litigation.
Later, Samuel represented employers in workplace disputes and advised management on employment compliance and litigation strategy. Through that work, Samuel developed a deep understanding of how employers assess risk, evaluate claims, and approach litigation. He now leverages that insight to anticipate defense strategies and advocate effectively for employees.
Prior to joining the firm, Samuel served as Employment and Labor Relations Counsel at a large nonprofit organization, advising executive leadership and human resources on employment policy development, employee relations investigations, and labor strategy. That in-house experience further sharpened his ability to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives and develop practical, results-oriented litigation strategies.
Samuel represents employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. He is passionate about standing alongside individuals who have experienced workplace injustice and is committed to pursuing accountability through strategic, trial-ready advocacy.
